A-1400 Product Description

A-1400: High Shine. Americrete’s 1400 High Shine is a clear, single component, solvent based VOC compliant sealer. It is very durable polyurethane that offers high gloss, UV resistance, and excellent stain resistance. The solvent base allows the material to penetrate and adhere to concrete, unglazed tile and most types of decorative acrylic cement coatings.  Americrete’s 1400 High Shine creates a glossy “wet look”.

Uses

Americrete’s 1400 High Shine is designed to seal and create a “wet look” on concrete, unglazed tiles and many other masonry surfaces. Perfect to seal & glaze stamped concrete, stained concrete, and decorative acrylic cement systems.

Coverage

• The coverage will vary depending on the surface.
• Americrete’s 1400 High Shine will cover up to 400 square feet per gallon on a smooth surface and between 250-350 square feet per gallon on a rough/porous surface.
• Test product over a small area of the substrate to determine coverage. Two coats are required.

A-1480 Product Description

A-1480 CRU Sealer 60% Solids-Chemical Resistant. Americrete 1480 is a two component, high solids, solvent, aliphatic polyester polyurethane. The UV resistant, mar resistant, chemical resistant nature of this product will outperform most sealers or topcoats in its class. It is available in a 6-hour cure formula.

Uses

• Americrete A-1480 is designed for professional use only and is specified as the finish coat for use in moderate to severe chemical environments or in heavy traffic areas.
• Apply 1480 as a coating over Americrete water-based and 100% solids epoxy primers as well as over all of our epoxy floor coatings.
• A-1480 is also used as a sealer on a variety of other substrates such as plain concrete, Americrete cements, and Acid Stained Concrete Flooring and epoxies. 
• Use A-1480 on industrial floors, garage floors, decorative floors, restaurant floors, food processing facilities, automotive service Areas.

A-4200: Shine and Seal. A-4200 Shine and Seal is a clear, single component, solvent based VOC compliant lacquer sealer.  It is a very hard acrylic polymer that offers better gloss, UV resistance and stain resistance than most other sealers in its class.  The solvent base allows the material to penetrate and adhere to concrete, tile and most types of decorative acrylic cement coatings.  4200 Shine and Seal cerate’s a shiny “wet look” appearance.

A-4201 Product Description

A-4201: Shine and Seal Matte Finish Acrylic Sealer. A-4201 Matte Finish Sealer is a clear, single component, lacquer, solvent-based VOC compliant sealer with a matte finish. It is a very hard acrylic polymer that offers better UV resistance and stain resistance than most other sealers. The solvent base allows the material to penetrate and adhere to concrete, tile and most types of decorative acrylic cement coatings. A-4201 Matte Finish Sealer creates a matted “Semi Gloss” appearance.

Uses

• Americrete A-4201 Matte Finish Sealer is designed to be a topcoat over the A-4200 Shine and Seal to create a matte finish appearance.
• A-4201 is a Perfect topcoat over stamped concrete and other cement related surfaces.

A-4201 will yield Up to 300 square feet per gallon on a smooth surface and between 200-300 square feet per gallon on a rough surface. Do test area to determine coverage. Two applications are required.

A-4300 Product Description

A-4300: High Build & Quick Dry Clear Seal Polyurea. Americrete A-4300 Polyurea is a two component, high-solids, polyaspartic polyurea. The A-4300 quick dry time coupled with its UV resistance, mar resistance, and chemical resistance will outperform most other types of sealers or topcoats. It is available in a 2-hour cure formula.

Uses

• A-4300 is designed for professional use only and is specified as the finish coat for use in moderate to severe chemical environments or in heavy traffic areas.
• Apply A-4300 as a coating over Americrete water base and 100% solids epoxies. 
• A-4300  can also be applied over decorative paint chips and can be used as a sealer on a variety of other substrates such as plain concrete, acrylic cement and Acid Stained Concrete Flooring with moisture vapor pressure under 3.5lbs/1000 ft²/24hr period.
• Use A-4300 on industrial floors, garage floors, decorative floors, restaurant floors, food processing facilities, automotive service areas, and other moderate-high traffic areas.
